Abstract:
A device temperature control system comprising: a working fluid circuit (10) having a working fluid circulating therein; and a refrigerant circuit (22) having a refrigerant circulating therein. The working fluid circuit constitutes a thermosiphon-type heat pipe. The refrigerant circuit constitutes a refrigeration cycle. The working fluid circuit has an evaporator (12) and a condenser (15). The working fluid is evaporated in the evaporator, as a result of heat absorption from the device (BP). In the condenser, the working fluid evaporated by the evaporator is cooled and condensed as a result of heat exchanged between the condenser and the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit. The working fluid in the working fluid circuit is a heat medium of the same type as the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit.
