Abstract:
A device for testing the quality of quartz tubes. The device comprises a base (25), a supporting bar (2) being fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the base (25). A cross bar (4) is fixedly mounted on the left side surface of the supporting bar (2), and a fixed ring (6) is fixedly mounted at the left end of the cross bar (4). A first motor (5) is fixedly fitted inside the fixed ring (6), and a rotating disc (45) is mounted behind the first motor (5). A winding pipe (16) is wound around the rotating disc (45), the surface of said pipe (16) being evenly provided with through holes (14). Air bags (15) evenly sleeve the winding pipe (16), and branch pipes (17) are evenly connected into the winding pipe (16). A first material pump (7) is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the fixed ring (6), and a first material pipe (11) is fixedly connected to a discharging end of the first material pump (7), a first material storage box (9) being arranged above the first material pump (7). By means of providing a plurality of material pumps, and feeding different materials to different positions of the winding pipe (16) by means of the branch pipes (17), the device can test multiple aspects of quartz tubes and thus determine the quality thereof.
