Abstract:
The present invention provides a device that detects states by standing wave radar, wherein: a distance spectrum calculation unit (12) removes the DC component from the intensity distribution of the frequency of the combined wave detected by a standing wave detection unit (2), performs a Fourier transform, and finds a distance spectrum P(x); a differential detection unit (13) subtracts a base-period distance spectrum P0(x) from the distance spectrum to calculate the differential P(x)−P0(x) of the distance spectrum, and finds this differential distance spectrum over time; a distance calculation unit (14) finds the distance to the measurement object from the distance component of the differential distance spectrum; and a determination unit (15) monitors the course of changes in the peak intensity of the differential distance spectrum based on changes in the permittivity of the measurement object, and on the basis of a change in that peak intensity, determines a state such as a moisture change in the measurement object. The device that detects states by standing-wave radar according to the present invention can measure the distance to a measurement object even in a narrow space such as an indoor area, can measure changes over time in the moisture of the measurement object, and can detect states such as distance and moisture.
