Abstract:
A device for treating organic waste gas by using micro-nano bubbles, the device comprising a tank body (1), the bottom of the tank body (1) being embedded and connected into a base (2); an air bellow (3) is provided on one side above the base (2); an air inlet (4) is connected to one side above the air bellow (3); an induced draft fan (5) is connected to one side below the air bellow (3), and the output end of the induced draft fan (5) is connected to the tank body (1); a water collection plate (6) is provided on a lower portion in the tank body (1), and a plurality of spray heads (7) are provided on a lower portion of the water collection plate (6); a first water inlet pipe (8) is connected to an upper portion of the water collection plate (6) in an embedded manner and is communicated with a water guide pipe (9); an air guide plate (10) is provided on the periphery, located in the tank body (1), of the upper portion of the water collection plate (6); a plurality of air outlet pipes (11) are arranged on adjacent sides of the air guide plate (10); a plurality of air outlets (12) are provided in a lower portion of the air outlet pipe (11); a support (13) is provided above the air outlet pipe (11), and an air guide pipe (14) is provided above the support (13); an air inlet pipe (15) is connected to an upper portion of the air guide pipe (14) in an embedded manner, and the air inlet pipe (15) penetrates through the inner wall at one side of the tank body (1) and is connected to a generator (16); a second water inlet pipe (17) is connected to an upper portion of the generator (16) in an embedded manner and is in communication with the water guide pipe (9); one side of the water guide pipe (9) is provided with a water pump (18) at one side above the base (2); a wind outlet (19) is provided in a top end of the tank body (1), and a dewaterer (20) is provided above the wind outlet (19).
