Abstract:
The device comprises an elongated flexible casing (1) with longitudinal channels (3, 4). The channel (3) is connected to an inflatable chamber (5) mounted on the end of the casing. The other channel (4) is connected to the external surface of the casing (1). The casing (1) is provided with a collar (6) mounted on the casing with the possibility of movement along it and the contacting surfaces (10, 11) of the collar (6) and of the casing (1) are corrugated.
