Abstract:
Provided are a device for treatment with activated oxygen and a method for treatment with activated oxygen which allow for more efficient treatment of a surface of an object to be treated using activated oxygen. The device for treatment with activated oxygen and the method for treatment with activated oxygen comprise an activated oxygen supply device equipped with a plasma actuator and an ozonolysis device in a housing having one or more openings, and a conveyance means for an object to be treated. The plasma actuator is provided with first and second electrodes across an inductor, and generates an inducted flow including ozone by applying a voltage between the two electrodes. The plasma actuator and the ozonolysis device are disposed such that an inducted flow including activated oxygen flows out from the openings, and such that the inducted flow including activated oxygen is supplied to a surface of the object to be treated being conveyed in a direction A by the conveyance means. The flow-out direction vector of the inducted flow including activated oxygen flowing out of the housing from the openings has a vector component in a direction parallel with a direction B opposite to the direction A.
