Abstract:
The invention is used for cutting and finishing external and internal metal surfaces by ultrasonic oscillation energy. The inventive device comprises an acoustic system which consists of a magnetostrictive transducer (2) arranged in a body (1), a concentrator (3), a pin (4), an acoustic generator in the form of detachable resonance waveguides (5), operational nose-pieces (6), a pad (7) which is fixed to the body (1) and has a longitudinal slot (8) provided with a bonding strip (9) and fixed holes (10), a strain-gage unit (11), an indicating system (12) for controlling the displacement of the acoustic system and resonance waveguides (5) with respect to the processed surfaces (13) and a contact element (14). Said device has the extended processing capabilities and increases the quality of processed surfaces.
