Abstract:
Provided is a reception/transmission device for a vehicle, with which blown washer fluid is prevented from compromising the aesthetic appearance of the vehicle. This reception/transmission device 1 for a vehicle is characterized by comprising: a receiver/transmitter 2 that is installed in the vehicle and that receives and/or transmits radio waves; a permeable cover 3 through which radio waves permeate and of which the position relative to the receiver/transmitter 2 is secured in front of the receiver/transmitter 2 in a receiving/transmitting direction; a receiver/transmitter movement device 5 that is installed in the vehicle and that causes the cover 3 and the receiver/transmitter 2 to move back and forth between a receiving/transmitting position where a surface 3a of the cover 3 is positioned in alignment along a surface 4a of the vehicle, and a washing position where the surface 3a of the cover 3 is positioned a prescribed distance either forward or rearward in the receiving/transmitting direction from the surface 4a of the vehicle; and a nozzle device 6 that is installed in the vehicle and that sprays out the washing fluid toward the surface 3a of the cover 3 when the receiver/transmitter 2 is in the washing position.
