Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of motor control, and provides a method for improving the shutdown noise of a device with a motor, comprising: when the motor is ready to enter a shutdown state, cutting off the power source of the external power supply side and, according to a preset collection period, collecting the bus voltage driving the motor; if the bus voltage is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold voltage, then controlling the motor to operate in a state of energy consumption braking, and converting the kinetic energy of the motor into thermal energy on the motor winding; if the bus voltage is less than or equal to a preset second threshold voltage, then feeding back the kinetic energy of the motor to a power supply end to increase the bus voltage of the power supply end of the motor; the first threshold voltage is greater than the second threshold voltage. When the bus voltage is low, kinetic energy can be converted into electric energy for increasing the bus voltage; by means of converting the kinetic energy into electric energy, a braking function can be implemented whilst reliably and effectively ensuring the operation of circuit devices.
