Abstract:
The objective of the disclosure of the present invention is to provide a device that can, using a simple process, reduce the impact of noise generated in an electronic component. In order to achieve this objective, a device of the disclosure of the present invention is provided with: a light emitting element (6); a light receiving element (7); an electronic component (3) that subjects a signal output by the light receiving element (7) to signal processing; and an optical member (10) that covers the light emitting element (6) and the light receiving element (7). The device is further provided with: a reflecting body (8) that covers a lower surface of the optical member (10), that has a first opening (15) directly above the light emitting element (6), and that has a second opening (16) directly above the light receiving element (7); and a substrate (2) on which the light emitting element (6), the light receiving element (7), the reflecting body (8), the electronic component (3), and the optical member (10) are mounted. The reflecting body (8) and the substrate (2) are electrically connected to each other by a member that is at a position sandwiched between the reflecting body (8) and the substrate (2).
