Abstract:
Disclosed are devices, methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for scheduling request trigger. An example terminal device may include at least one processor and at least one memory. The at least one memory may include computer program code, and the at least one memory and the computer program code may be configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the terminal device to perform: determining whether to trigger a scheduling request for transmission of an uplink medium access control-control element based on a condition relating to at least one of a scheduling request configuration for the scheduling request, data availability of one or more logical channels of the terminal device, and configurations of one or more logical channels of the terminal device, in a case of insufficient uplink shared channel resource for the transmission, in response to a trigger event for the uplink medium access control-control element; and triggering the scheduling request in a case where the condition is satisfied.
