Disclosed in the present invention is a dewatering anti-rust oil, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.5-10 parts of oxidized paraffin butyl ester, 0.5-10 parts of an auxiliary agent, 0-10 parts of an oil-soluble sulfonate, and 78-94 parts of a base oil, wherein the auxiliary agent is at least one of an alcohol ether solvent, an alcohol or a lactate. In the dewatering anti-rust oil of the present invention, oxidized paraffin butyl ester is used in conjunction with an auxiliary agent as a dewatering agent, such that efficient dewatering in a short period of time (10 s) can be achieved, the dewatering rate can reach up to 100%, and the problem of rapid reduction in the dewatering performance of the dewatering agent after the blending of a large amount of water therein can be effectively solved. The dewatering anti-rust oil of the present invention can directly remove a large amount of water or an aqueous solution attached to the surface of metal, thereby solving the problem of a large amount of water or an aqueous solution being attached to the surface of metal during the manufacturing process of a metal product, and therefore the metal product can be directly soaked in the anti-rust oil or other oil products without being dried.
