A diagnosis device (1) is provided with an extraction unit (10) and a digitization unit (11). The extraction unit (10) extracts individual cell nuclei, individual cells and the state of distribution of the cells (extraction information (3)) from a pathological image (2) on which a plurality of cells including lymphocytes are shown. The digitization unit (11) digitizes the features of the individual cell nuclei, the features of the individual cells and the feature of the state of distribution of the cells (digitized information (4)) on the basis of the individual cell nuclei, the individual cells and the state of distribution of the cells that have been extracted by the extraction unit (10).
