Abstract:
Disclosed is a diagnosis and maintenance system based on an elevator car. The diagnosis and maintenance system comprises a test trigger apparatus (A) and a braking apparatus (C) arranged in an elevator car (O), wherein the test trigger apparatus (A) is used for being in contact with an elevator guide rail (I) and testing operation information of the elevator car (O) by means of a relative movement between the moving elevator car (O) and the fixed elevator guide rail (I), and is also used for triggering the braking apparatus (C) when the elevator car (O) is in a fault state so as to brake the elevator car (O). The diagnosis and maintenance system further comprises an assessment end, wherein the assessment end is used for receiving the operation information, transmitted by the test trigger apparatus (A), of the elevator car (O) and assessing the operation safety risk of an elevator so as to carry out preventive maintenance. In the diagnosis and maintenance system based on an elevator car, testing and braking are integrated in the elevator car, so that the elevator car operates safely, reliably and stably, thereby realizing safe elevator traveling; and the operation safety risk of an elevator is assessed by means of the design of an assessment end, so as to carry out preventive maintenance, thereby realizing precise positioning and operation maintenance.
