Abstract:
A diagnosis support device (1) is provided with: a learned model storage unit (18) in which is stored a learned model configured by learning weighting factors of a neural network, using nuclear medicine image data relating to brains of multiple subjects, and data relating to diseases of the subjects, as teacher data; an input unit (10) for inputting a nuclear medicine image of a brain of a person being diagnosed; an anatomical standardizing unit (12) which anatomically standardizes the nuclear medicine image input into the input unit (10); a brain surface image generating unit (13) which generates a brain surface image from the anatomically standardized image; a normalizing unit (14) which normalizes the signal strength of the brain surface image; a Z-score image generating unit (15) which generates a Z-score image for the person being diagnosed, on the basis of the normalized brain surface image and brain surface images of a plurality of healthy subjects; an inferring unit (16) which applies the normalized brain surface image to the learned model to infer a disease of the person being diagnosed; and an output unit (17) which outputs data relating to the disease inferred by the inferring unit (16).
