Abstract:
Provided are a diagnostic device, etc., capable of accurately detecting the extent of errors occurring in an information processing system. The diagnostic device has: a degree-of-progress specification unit 152 that specifies a degree of progress for a first information processing device, for output information that has been output by a first detection device at a first timing to the first information processing device, on the basis of device information indicating the degree of progress indicating the extent of errors for the information processing device; a degree-of-progress determination unit 153 that determines whether or not information is included, said information having associated therein a first detection device identifier indicating a first detection device and the degree of progress specified by the degree-of-progress specification unit 152, and said determination being made on the basis of degree-of-progress information having associated therein the degree of progress and a detection device identifier capable of identifying the detection device; and a degree-of-progress updating unit 154 that calculates the degree of progress relating to the first information processing device, in accordance with the specified degree of progress, if a determination is made that said information is included in the degree of progress information.
