Abstract:
Provided is a diagnostic device (51) that diagnoses a damage of a shut-off device (45) that shuts off current of a power storage element (2), wherein damage to the shut-off device is diagnosed on the basis of a short-circuit current Is during an external short circuit. The diagnostic device can perform determination pertaining to safety such as whether or not the shut-off device is reusable by diagnosing damage due to the external short circuit.
