Abstract:
Provided is a diagnostic robot comprising at least one processor, which controls a communication interface such that the communication interface and one or more candidate electronic devices are retrieved, selects a target electronic device from among the one or more candidate electronic devices, identifies the components of the target electronic device that are to undergo fault diagnosis, controls the communication interface such that information related to a diagnostic range is transmitted to the target electronic device, performs first fault diagnosis on the components of the diagnostic robot so as to obtain first diagnostic data, controls the communication interface such that second diagnostic data generated by second fault diagnosis performed on the components of the target electronic device is received from the target electronic device while the target electronic device is located in a diagnostic area within the diagnostic range, and identifies whether there are abnormalities in the components of the target electronic device on the basis of the first diagnostic data and the second diagnostic data.
