Abstract:
The present invention improves a sense of participation in a topic, and enables a dialog to continue for a long time. A dialog system 12 includes at least an input unit 1 for receiving user speech, and a presentation unit 5 for presenting speech. In a speech receiving step, the input unit 1 receives speech generated by a user. In a first presentation step, the presentation unit 5 presents speech determined on the basis of scenarios that have been stored in advance. In a second presentation step, the presentation unit 5 presents speech determined on the basis of user speech content. A dialog control unit 8 carries out control involving executing a dialog that includes at least: a first dialog flow in which a first presentation step and a speech receiving step based on predetermined scenarios are each performed at least once; and a second dialog flow in which a speech receiving step and a second presentation step are each performed at least once.
