Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to promote user understanding and user agreement and to lengthen dialogue. A dialogue system 100 conducts a dialogue with a user 101. An anthropomorphic robot 50-1 presents a first utterance that is an utterance. If the user 101 has behaved so as to show that the user 101 cannot understand the first utterance, if it has been predicted that the user 101 will behave so as to show that the user 101 cannot understand the first utterance, if the user 101 has not behaved so as to show that the user 101 has understood the first utterance, or if it has been predicted that the user 101 will not behave so as to show that the user 101 has understood the first utterance, then the anthropomorphic robot 50-1 presents a second utterance that is at least one utterance rewording the content of the first utterance.
