Abstract:
A diameter-adjustable machining jig frame for a pile foundation reinforcement cage framework. The diameter-adjustable machining jig frame comprises a supporting plate (1), the supporting plate is perpendicularly and fixedly disposed on a bottom plate (2), and holes are respectively formed in two sides of the surface of the supporting plate and used for mounting fixing bolts. The diameter-adjustable machining jig frame further comprises: an arc-shaped reinforcement jig frame plate (3), holes corresponding to the supporting plate being formed in two sides of the surface of the arc-shaped reinforcement jig frame plate, the arc-shaped reinforcement jig frame plate being suspended on the supporting plate by means of the fixing bolts, and reinforcement fixing grooves being formed in the arc-shaped reinforcement jig frame plate; a plurality of steel pipes (4) fixedly disposed at intervals at the lower end of the arc-shaped reinforcement jig frame plate; and a plurality of L-shaped reinforcement shafts (5) perpendicularly disposed at intervals on the bottom plate corresponding to the lower end of the arc-shaped reinforcement jig frame plate, the steel pipes at the lower end of the arc-shaped reinforcement jig frame plate being capable of being sleeved on the perpendicularly disposed L-shaped reinforcement shafts. Arc-shaped reinforcement jig frame plates having different diameters are provided and replaced, so that the device can be suitable for machining of reinforcement cages having different diameters, the working efficiency can be greatly improved, and production costs of the reinforcement cage framework machining jig frame can be reduced.
