Abstract:
The present invention provides a diamond particle-based physical unclonable function material, and a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The material comprises a monocrystalline silicon substrate, and diamond particles having silicon vacancy color centers and grown in situ on the monocrystalline silicon substrate. Preparation of the diamond particles on the silicon substrate relates to a random process, which is a key requirement for manufacturing a physical unclonable function label. According to the present invention, the scattering spectra, morphology features and spatial position relationship of the diamond particles are used as fingerprint information of the diamond physical unclonable function material. Due to extreme heat resistance, mechanical, chemical and light stabilities of a diamond material, the high-robustness label in the present invention can meet the requirements of many practical uses in various environments, and has practical commercial value in huge anti-counterfeit markets such as electronic components, medical packages, vehicles, and luxury goods.
