Abstract:
This diaphragm pump is provided with a pump unit that feeds a liquid of interest, and a drive unit that drives the pump unit. The pump unit includes a liquid feeding chamber, an operation chamber, an intermediate chamber between the liquid feeding chamber and the operation chamber, a wetted diaphragm that seals a gap between the liquid feeding chamber and the intermediate chamber, an operation diaphragm that seals a gap between the intermediate chamber and the operation chamber, and an operation mechanism that causes the wetted diaphragm and the operation diaphragm to reciprocate so that the volumes of the respective chambers are changed. The operation mechanism includes an operation unit that is connected to the operation diaphragm and is reciprocated by the driving of the drive unit, a connection unit that connects the wetted diaphragm and the operation diaphragm, and an urging unit that urges the operation diaphragm to the suction side.
