The present invention provides a diaphragm, comprising a first substrate layer, a first adhesive layer, a second substrate layer, a second adhesive layer, and a third substrate layer which are sequentially stacked and adhesively fixed. The first adhesive layer comprises a first adhesive layer body and first protrusions; the second adhesive layer includes a second adhesive layer body and second protrusions; the first adhesive layer body is sandwiched between the first substrate layer and the second substrate layer and the first protrusions are embedded in the second substrate layer; and the second adhesive layer body is sandwiched between the second substrate layer and the third substrate layer and the second protrusions are embedded in the second substrate layer, such that the first adhesive layer, the second substrate layer, and the second adhesive layer form an integrated structure. The present invention also provides a sound production device using the diaphragm. Compared with the related art, the layers of the diaphragm of the present invention feature a small difference in material characteristics, high shearing performance, low material nonlinearity, and high reliability, and the sound production device of the present invention has good acoustic performance.
