Provided in the present application are a diaphragm and a speaker. The diaphragm comprises a dome located at a central position and a folding ring portion arranged around the outer side of the dome; the folding ring portion comprises an inner connecting portion connectedly fixed to the edge of the dome, an outer connecting portion arranged at a distance from the inner connecting portion, and a bending portion connected between the inner connecting portion and the outer connecting portion; the dome comprises two first side edges that are oppositely disposed, two second side edges that are oppositely disposed, and corner portions connecting adjacent first side edges and second side edges; and the bending portion comprises an inner bending portion that bendingly extends from the inner connecting portion away from the plane on which the dome is located, and an outer bending portion connected between the inner bending portion and the outer connecting portion. The thickness of the outer bending portion corresponding to the corner portions is smaller than that of the adjacent inner bending portion. The present application can improve the structural strength of an inner side of a bending portion of a folding ring corresponding to a corner portion of a dome, resolve the problem in which an inner side is easily broken when a diaphragm vibrates up and down, and improve acoustic performance.
