A diaphragm (100) and a speaker (200). The diaphragm (100) comprises at least one thermoplastic elastomeric base layer (10) and an elastomeric coating (20). At least one surface of the diaphragm (100) is a thermoplastic elastomeric base layer (10). At least one surface of the thermoplastic elastomeric base layer (10) is applied with the elastomeric coating (20). The above arrangement improves chemical resistance of the diaphragm (100).
