Abstract:
A diaphragm type open cavity FP interference optical fiber sonic sensor and a manufacturing method therefor. The sensor comprises: an optical fiber, a sleeve, and a microporous membrane; a through hole is formed in the axial direction of the sleeve; the optical fiber is inserted into the through hole; a pit is formed in one end of the sleeve; the microporous membrane is provided on the end surface of the end of the sleeve provided with the pit; a plurality of micropores are formed in the microporous membrane; and the outer surface of the optical fiber is coated with optical ultraviolet glue. A sensor manufacturing process is simple, rapid, green and environment-friendly; the problem of sensing system working point drift caused by background pressure, and the problem of temperature-pressure cross sensitivity caused by thermal expansion of residual air in a closed FP cavity can be effectively solved; and the stability and reliability of a optical fiber sensing head are improved.
