Abstract:
Provided is a diaphragm valve with which a Cv value can be adjusted during assembly of the diaphragm valve. The diaphragm valve has a valve body (2), a diaphragm (2f), an actuator (4), a bonnet (3), a stem (8), and a diaphragm presser (7). The bonnet (3) is provided with a through-hole (3e) into which a female thread (3d) coaxial with the stem (8) is cut, a cylindrical body (5) having a male thread (5a) cut into the outer surface is threaded together with the female thread (3d) and screwed into the through-hole (3e), the stem (8) is inserted through the cylindrical body (5), a diaphragm (2f)-side end surface of the cylindrical body (5) protrudes toward the diaphragm (2f) past a diaphragm (2f)-side opening surface of a through-hole (5b), a stem (8)-side end surface of the diaphragm presser (7) and the diaphragm (2f)-side end surface of the cylindrical body (5) come into contact, and the positions of the contacting surfaces along the stem axis are adjusted by the threading together of the male thread (5a) and the female thread (3d).
