Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of drug synthesis, and particularly relates to a dichloroacetic-acid-coupled diphenylethane compound, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The structure of the dichloroacetic-acid-coupled diphenylethane compound of the present invention is as shown in the general formula (I), wherein R1, R2 and R3 are selected from, but not limited to, any one of -OH, -OMe and H; R4 is selected from, but not limited to, any one of -OMe and -OEt; R5 and R6 are selected from chlorine atoms or fluorine atoms; m is 0 or 1; and n is a positive integer selected from 1-8 or 11-12. The dichloroacetic-acid-coupled diphenylethane compound of the present invention has a stable structure, low toxicity, a simple and convenient preparation process and high yield, does not need to be stored in the dark, and has obvious anti-tumor activity on various tumor cells cultured in vitro and significant anti-tumor effects in vivo.
