Abstract:

This dielectric film contains an elastomer and barium titanate particles having a crystallinity of 80% or more. The elastomer and the barium titanate particles have functional groups that are reactive with each other, and a crosslinked structure of the elastomer and the barium titanate particles is formed by a reaction between the functional groups. Consequently, this dielectric film has high relative dielectric constant and high volume resistivity. A transducer of the present invention is provided with the dielectric film and a plurality of electrodes that are arranged with the dielectric film interposed therebetween. The transducer of the present invention has excellent dielectric breakdown resistance and is able to have a large output.
