Abstract:
This dielectric material production method comprises: a step for mixing lithium carbonate and niobium oxide to obtain a mixture so that the molar ratio of lithium to niobium is larger than 50/50 and equal to or less than 56/44; and a step for firing the mixture to obtain a fired product in which LiNbO3 crystals and Li3NbO4 crystals coexist.
