Abstract:
Provided is a diesel hydrogenation micro-interface reaction system, comprising a hydrogenation reactor, wherein a micro-interface generator is arranged inside the hydrogenation reactor and is used for crushing and dispersing hydrogen entering same; a first micro-interface unit and a second micro-interface unit are arranged outside the hydrogenation reactor and are used for crushing and dispersing hydrogen before the hydrogen enters the hydrogenation reactor; a reaction material discharged from the bottom of the hydrogenation reactor is used for separating a gas phase containing hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen by means of a high-pressure separation tank and a low-pressure separation tank, the remaining desulfurized diesel is sent to a rectifying tower from the low-pressure separation tank to purify the desulfurized diesel, and a gas is separated from a reflux tank arranged at the top of the rectifying tower; and naphtha is separated from a side line of the rectifying tower, and hydrogenated diesel is separated from the bottom of the rectifying tower. According to the present invention, the reaction pressure, the reaction temperature and the consumption of recycled hydrogen are reduced, the utilization rates of the raw materials and hydrogen are increased, the product quality and yield are improved, and the cost is saved.
