Abstract:
The present invention relates to a diet food tray for training for a fixed-portion meal, the food tray enabling a consumption amount and total consumption calories to be visually measured and consumed, and enabling diet training to be effectively performed via quantitative controlling of the consumption calories. According to the present invention, provided is a diet food tray for training for a fixed-portion meal, comprising: a food tray main body having at least one of at least one liquid additive accommodation part and a vegetable accommodation part for containing vegetables, the at least one liquid additive accommodation part containing a liquid additive comprising at least one of an oil, sauce, and soup, a carbohydrates accommodation part for containing carbohydrates, and a meat accommodation part for containing meat; and a fixed portion control means which is provided in at least one of the accommodation parts, and which is configured to be able to control the amount of food accommodated in the accommodation parts.
