Abstract:
The present invention is characterized by comprising: a drying and grinding step of drying, mixing, and grinding main base materials containing white glutinous barley and barely bran; a mixing step of mixing the ground product upon the completion of grinding and auxiliary materials containing a dried Pollack powder, a chicken breast powder, rice starch, and modified starch; a kneading and aging step of kneading the mixture into a dough and then aging the dough for a predetermined period of time; an extruding step of extruding the dough upon the completion of aging and making the dough into noodles, thereby manufacturing a noodle snack for companion animals; a cooking step of cooking the noodle snack for companion animals by using steam; and a moisture-removing step of drying the noodle snack for companion animals upon the completion of cooking, to remove moisture.
