Dietetic product based on royal jelly - lyophilyzed, particularly for health protection and improving immunity, comprises of the following ingredients: royal jelly, lemon acid (anhydrous), C vitamin, aroma (orange, forest fruits, etc.) chelates Fe 10%, SiO2 and caster sugar. Dietetic product based on royal jelly - lyophilyzed, particularly recommended is as an additional nutriment in nutrition for children, growing young, sports people, reconvalescents and persons under heavy physical and intellectual efforts. This product enables a regular growth to children, and to adult persons gives biological strength and renewal to each cell and prevents from falling ill.

1. Dietetic product on the basis of royal jelly lyophilyzed, particularly for health protection and improving immunity, is characterized in that that 100 mass % of mixture comprises of 0,0352 mass % of royal jelly, 0,3939 mass % of C vitamin, 3,6762 of mass % of anhydrous lemon acid, 2,9409 mass % of aroma of orange, 1 ,0503 mass % of silicon dioxide and 91 ,9035 mass % of caster sugar.
2. Dietetic product on the basis of royal jelly liophyloized, particularly for health protection and improving immunity, is characterized in that, the 100 mass % of mixture involves 0,1730 mass % of royal jelly, 0,8402 mass % of iron and this chelates Fe (10%), 4,1513 mass % of C vitamin, 0,9389 mass % of anhydrous lemon acid, 3,9536 mass % of aroma of forest fruits, 0,9884 mass % of silicon dioxide and 88,9546 mass % of caster sugar.

DIETETIC PRODUCT BASED ON ROYAL JELLY,

PARTICULARLY FOR HEALTH PROTECTION

AND IMPROVING IMMUNITY

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The subject of the invention, generally, belongs to the field of foodstuffs, and more precisely, dietetic products based on royal jelly.

According to the International Patent Classification (IPC 7 - Edition) the invention is classified and assigned the following classification symbols: A 23 L 1/29, A 23 L 1/076 and A 23 L 1/307.

TECHNICAL PROBLEM

The technical problem solved in this invention comprises of that, that in a natural way by means of dietetic product for nutrition, and that infaillibly comprise royal jelly - leiophylloized, can achieve improved immunity at children, sports people, reconvalescents and persons exposed to greater physical and intellectual efforts. Furthermore, technical problem solved by hereby-explained invention comprises in a well-balanced metabolic regulation at necessary diets.

STATE-OF-ART

State-of-art according to definition relates to the practical solutions in the field of the subject. Three are different types of product and preparations worldwide based on royal jelly. In the research so far, the furthest belongs to the experts of the Russian Academy of Science, which managed to prolong the biological activity of the royal jelly from a few days to two years. This scientific discovery is inbuilt into a dietetic product that is a subject of the invention and hereby royal jelly, once exclusively royal food, is herewith available to all the consumers of this product.

The relevant solutions from the state-of-art known to the applicant relate to the following:

"New - type health food capable of refreshing and relieving fatigue". Pat. No. CN 1286936 dated 14.03.2001.

"Nutritional supplement for ensuring good health comprises basic kit of constant amounts of vitamins and minerals plus add-on containing vanjinga mounts of additives, allowing adjustment of dosages".

Pat. No. DE 19907586 A1 firm Bonermo health GmbH (DE).

Registration number DE 19991007586 dated 24.08.2000.

"Royal jelly lozenge", Pat. No. CN 1220109 dated 3.06.1999. from Yin Weiyuan, (A 23 L 1/29, A 23 L 1/076 and A 61 K 35/64).

"Method for preparing compound sugared ginseng and glossy ganoderma health food". CN, Yu Neixun (Pat. No. CN 1435126 dated 13.08.2003.).

"Product for preparing nonalcoholic beverages, especially for diabetics, comprises a mixture of natural fruit juice concentrate paste and sweetener in a flexible squeeze package", Pat. No. DE 10164396 dated 17.07.2003. from Wedrich Christian, DE (for class A 23 L 2/385).

Furthermore, there were more patents found in regard to royal jelly extraction, US 5580297 (A1 ) EP 0663833 (A1 ), etc.

In YU patent database, as far as the applicant of invention herewith is familiar with, not a single document that relates to dietetic products based on royal jelly was found.

As far as the novelty of the suggested solution, particularly pointed out is a novelty in the application of royal jelly in a dietetic product that is particularly appropriate for immunity improving and metabolic regulation in the cases of unavoidable diets.

DESCRIPTION OF THE TECHNICAL PROBLEM

In comparison to existing solutions comprised in the state-of-art, the solution comprised in the invention of a dietetic product is based on royal jelly resolves the technical problem in quite a different way.

The subject of the invention, a dietetic product on the basis of royal jelly - leiophylloized, particularly for health saving and improving immunity, comprises of the following ingredients: royal jelly, lemon acid (anhydrous), C vitamin, aroma (oranges, forest fruit, etc.), helatic Fe 10 %, SiO2, and minced granulated sugar i.e. caster sugar.

As the most significant ingredient of the invention, royal jelly has a few important characteristics, primarily for the fact that jelly fosters growth and development and deters aging. Its characteristics have strength of breast milk as its own function in the beehive is to produce a queen bee, having weight that is double compared to the rest of the bees, that lives even up to 72 times longer than the rest ones and is the most productive and fertile being all over the planet. This is the reason for which the royal jelly provides a regular growth to children and biological improvement and renewal of each the cell to the adults and protects against disorders thereof.

Royal jelly gives strength to immune system and improves resistance to infections due to strong influence of bio-stimulators to stimulate development of antibodies and leucocytes. The natural antibiotics in jelly neutralize and annul a great variety of bacteria and viruses that are agents for development of the most frequent infections and inflammations: beginning from influenzas and caries up to infectious hepatitis and myocarditis.

Royal jelly favourably influences nervous and cardiovascular system as it improves transmission of blood into peripheral blood vessels and blood circulation. It sooths impairment of nervous cells, normalizes blood pressure,

delays the process of sclerosis of blood vessels, protects against dilatation of veins, myocardial infarction and disorders of vein circulation and fosters cure of an illness.

Royal jelly stimulates endocrine glands, hence its remedial effect to soothing and removing the causes of many illnesses and disorders.

At diabetes, jelly gets improvement in treatment of the islets of Langerhans in pancreas that produce secretion and hereby affects the very origin of the disorder, and furthermore it sooths even physical and psychical weakness at diabetes.

As far as a climacterium is concerned, by normalization of hormonal status it significantly sooths climacterium troubles at women, while at men it improves the number and mobility of spermatozoids. As regards sex, the potential of women and men it raises up to the optimum level. As far as stress is concerned - it regulates the function of sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system and herewith it gains a considerable and strong stress resistance.

As regards metabolism - by regular consumption of jelly brings to proper balance of a human biological organism. Royal jelly regulates work of all vital organs and tissues and therefore it fosters healing of heart diseases, pancreas, kidneys, urinary bladder, asthma, bronchitis, diseases of mucous membrane and skin, caries and catarrh. Due to its properties, royal jelly equal entering into paradental tissues, eye and hearing apparatus, respiratory apparatus, and then it enters into liver, kidneys, heart, pancreas, muscular and bone system.

Royal jelly sooths pains originated due to dryness of cartilage and influences to improved mobility of spine.

Royal jelly gives strength to nervous system and improves psychical condition and mood. As fast as upon a few glasses of stirred dietetic product, moreover an individual feels eagerness, agility and improved mood, regained strength, volition, optimism but also to a sound and undisturbed sleep, improved concentration, memory, more efficient learning, etc.

Royal jelly accelerates detoxification and improves by-effects of radiation by giving ready-made, biological active matters, enzymes, fostering herewith discharge and throwing out the toxins from the organism - pesticides, nicotine, alcohol and other harmful materials and even up to 40 percents faster than regularly. By gaining strength to the immune system and normalization of blood count it stimulates regeneration of organs harmed by radiation, and the total vitality of organism is regained.

Royal jelly being a unique natural product wherein exist more than 150 biologically active components: proteins, fats, sugars, vitamins, the most important minerals and a great number of bio stimulants, make that royal jelly is one of the most significant and perfect matters of nature.

The process for preparing a dietetic product based on royal jelly is a cold one and based on granulation, i.e. bringing all the ingredients into granules having size of 0, 2 to 0, 6 mm. The phases of the procedure are the following: grinding the ingredients into granules, weighing out according to the charts of a composition of a dietetic product in mass percentage of all ingredients, mixing, (stirring) and packing.

EXAMPLES OF EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

A dietetic product based on royal jelly - lyophilyzed, particularly for health protection and improving immunity obtained in a cold procedure in granules, where upon the stirring is obtained a steady powdery (granulated) mixture 100% of which in standard embodiment of the product comprises of:

Example I (Standard dietetic product)

A standard dietetic product is packed and delivered in the weights as the following: a 12 g pack, a 200 g pack, a 454 g pack, and 1 ,000 g pack. A 100 g pack of granules comprises 105 mg of royal jelly (lyophilyzed) and 400 mg of C vitamin. One glass of drink made by stirring 12 grams of granules with 2 dl of water or a mild tea comprises 12, 6 mg of royal jelly and 48 mg of C vitamin.

EXAMPLE 2 (Dietetic product with added chelates Fe)

Dietetic product based on royal jelly particularly for improving health and immunity in all life ages. Particularly recommended is as an addition in nutrition for children and the growing young, sports, reconvalescents and persons under heavy physical and intellectual efforts.

Royal jelly is a natural honeybee product of a peculiar biological value. It contains 18 amino acids, out of these eight essential ones, enzymes, vitamins and minerals necessary for regular growth and development.

Dietetic product subject of the invention is ALTAMED, and it is protected by the trademark of REVITA and is produced herewith by the Pharmaceutical Institution Belgrade. As far as the quality of the product concerned and health standard compliance of REVITA and biological activity of royal jelly are entrusted to the most competent institutions:

- The Republic Office for Health Protection in Serbia

- The Municipal Office for Health Protection in Belgrade

- The Institute for Physiology of Medical Faculty of University of Belgrade

- Biological Institute Sinisa Stankovic
