Abstract:
The present application provides a differential oscillator, including: a power wire provided on the chip; a ground wire provided on the chip and parallel to the power wire; a main resonance circuit provided on the chip, including a first inductor and a second inductor connected in parallel, wherein the first inductor and the second inductor are provided on the side of the power wire away from the ground wire; the main resonance circuit is connected to the power wire; a tail resonance circuit provided on the chip and connected to the main resonance circuit and the ground wire. Providing the inductors in the oscillator on both sides of the power wire and the ground wire ensures that the power wire and the ground wire are both AC "ground", and can reduce the phase noise of the oscillator.
