Abstract:
This differential pressure sensor comprises: a housing; a connection portion provided in the housing, connectable to a refrigeration/air-conditioning device, and having a connection hole through which the refrigerant circulating in the refrigeration/air-conditioning device flows in and out; a diaphragm that separates the interior of the housing into a first space in which a first refrigerant, which is the same type as the refrigerant sealed in the refrigeration/air-conditioning device and is not mixed with refrigeration oil, is sealed and a second space where a second refrigerant circulating in the refrigeration/air-conditioning device flows in and out through the connection hole of the connection portion; and a sensor unit that measures the amount of deformation of the diaphragm and externally outputs the differential pressure between the pressure of the first refrigerant in the first space and the pressure of the second refrigerant in the second space according to the measured amount of deformation of the diaphragm. The portion of the housing which forms the first space is in contact with the refrigeration/air-conditioning device.
