Abstract:
A differential transfer impedance amplifier according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a common gate amplifier that receives the input of an electrical signal from an input node; and a common source amplifier that has feedback resistance and receives the input of an electrical signal from the input node, wherein the output signal of the common gate amplifier and the output signal of the common source amplifier form a differential signal pair.
