A diffusion plate (150), a backlight structure, and a display panel, the diffusion plate (150) being a flat plate-shaped structure, having a first surface and a second surface along the horizontal direction, a third surface and a fourth surface along the vertical direction, and a fifth surface and a sixth surface along a third direction, the third direction being perpendicular to the horizontal direction and the vertical direction; the first surface is a light ray incident face, and the second surface is positioned above the first surface and is a light ray emergent face; the second surface is connected to the third surface by means of a first connecting face and the second surface is connected to the fourth surface by means of a second connecting face, the first connecting face and the second connecting face being arcuate curved faces and/or smooth sloping faces. By means of providing a diffusion plate having arcuate curved faces and/or smooth sloping faces to replace a traditional flat plate diffusion plate, light rays can be projected by means of refraction to an area directly above a loading platform (130), visually reducing or even eliminating dark bands on the side edges of the display panel.
