Abstract:
A digital camera comprises a storage section for storing images captured by an imaging element when a multiple exposure imaging mode is set, a gain imparting section for imparting gains so determined that the sum of the gains is 1 according to the number of images captured in the multiple exposure imaging mode to the captured images, and a synthesizing section for synthesizing a multiple exposure captured image by combining the images after the gains are imparted by the gain imparting section.
