Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a digital certificate verification method and verification apparatus. In the technical solution provided in the present application, by extracting an extension field in a digital certificate, it is determined whether the extension field conforms to a specification of a digital certificate standard, and it is further determined whether there is abnormal data in the extension field. By means of the verification method, abnormal data detection can be performed on the content of an extended field in a digital certificate, so that on the basis of ensuring the security of the content of a basic field, the security of the content of the extended field can be further determined, the accuracy of a verification result of the digital certificate is further improved, and the communication security is finally improved.
