Provided is a digital content secondary distribution system with which it is possible for a proprietor of content to transfer the content to others (content secondary distribution). Provided is a digital content secondary distribution system 1 having: a user terminal 200A of a transferer having the right to use content 11 associated with identification information (content ID) 12, the right including the use of the content 11 having been transferred at least once; a user terminal 200B of a transferee who takes over the right to use the content 11; and a management means (management device 300) for registering, in a block chain, information pertaining to the transaction of the right to use the content 11. The digital content secondary distribution system 1 has a step for generating information pertaining to a transaction that includes at least the content ID 12 and the identification information (transferee ID) of a user who takes over the right to use the content 11, and a step for registering the information pertaining to the transaction in the block chain and in a storage device 330.
