Abstract:
A digital display mounting apparatus for an elastic stitch wire of an electrified catenary is provided. The apparatus includes an elastic stitch wire clamp (1), a dynamometer device, a tension adjusting mechanism and a messenger wire clamp (7). The dynamometer device includes a digital display located on the surface of its housing, a push-pull force sensor and a power source which are arranged in the housing. One end of the push-pull force sensor is connected with the elastic stitch wire clamp (1) and the other end is connected with the tension adjusting mechanism by connectors (3). The tension adjusting mechanism, which is connected with the messenger wire clamp (7), consists of a ratchet tightener (5) and fine adjustment bolts (6) which are in chain connection with the ratchet tightener. The ratchet tightener (5) has a positioning ratchet set on a spool, and a wire tightening handle (52) is provided on the positioning ratchet. A wire (51) wound around the spool is connected with the connector. A connection hook (53) is arranged on the housing of the ratchet tightener (5), which is connected with the fine adjustment bolts (6). The fine adjustment bolts (6) are two threaded rods passing through and engaging with two threaded holes at both ends of a housing (62), and outer ends of the two threaded rods are connected with the ratchet tightener (5) and the tightener (7) of the messenger wire, respectively. The apparatus can control accurately the mounting tension of the elastic stitch wire. The apparatus has a small volume and light weight, thus it is convenient to be used in the elevated work.
