Abstract:

A server (1) generates distribution data consisting of content data such as a digital content and an electronic ticket to which distribution control information indicating the data transmission enabled/disabled state, the encryption required/not-required state, server enquiry enabled/disabled state, and the like is added and distributes it to a mobile information terminal (2). The distribution data is stored in the mobile information terminal (2) and freely used by a service user. The distribution data can be backed up in another user information terminal but its restoring or transmission is limited according to the distribution control information added.
