Abstract:
A digital information management system is equipped with: a digital information acquisition unit, which acquires digital information comprising user information that includes information pertaining to a user using a computer, and document files updated by the computer, with the digital information being acquired at fixed time intervals on the basis of the user information; an organization unit which, on the basis of recording destination information for the acquired digital information, file names, and/or metadata, organizes in a prescribed saving location the document files forming part of the acquired digital information; and a condition distribution creation unit, which creates a condition distribution indicating the conditions of the organized document files, by making it possible to visualize in an understandable manner the conditions of users who have accessed the digital information.
