Abstract:
A digital pathology imaging apparatus. The digital pathology imaging apparatus comprises a microscopic illumination device (3), a microscope objective (1), and a digital image sensor (2). The microscopic illumination device (3) comprises a light source (101), a Mie scattering device (103), an optical cavity (102), and a condenser (105); the light source (101) is located at one side of the Mie scattering device (103), and the condenser (105) is located at the other side of the Mie scattering device (103); the light source (101) is used for emitting light onto the Mie scattering device (103); the Mie scattering device (103) is used for irradiating the light emitted from the light source (101) onto the condenser (105); the condenser (105) is used for focusing the light emitted from the Mie scattering device (103) and outputting onto an observed object. The microscope objective (1) comprises a first lens (502) and a second lens (505) that are sequentially arranged along an optical axis; the first lens (502) is used for receiving the light emitted from the observed object; the front surface of the first lens (502) and the rear surface of the second lens (505) both are coated with a semi-transmissive and semi-reflective optical medium light splitting thin film. The digital image sensor (2) is used for receiving the light emitted from the second lens (505) and performing digital imaging.
