CLAIMS

1. A digital or printed personalized special code creation and data storage method on objects such as photograph, magnet, invitation card, stickers, characterized in that; the method comprises,

Choosing a product/object or digital images according to a person's request,

Converting data containing the desired video, sound recording, photo, music, link or text, into personalized special code via a mobile application/website,

placing said personalized special code on the product/object or digital image,

scanning said personalized special code by means of a smart phone's special code reading application and displaying the uploaded data associated with the personalized special code by the smartphone.

2. Method according to Claim 1, characterized in that; said products/objects can be invitation cards, postcards with different content, cards, souvenirs, magnets, stickers, textiles, photographs, photo albums, advertising products, stationery products or household goods.

3. Method according to Claim 1, characterized in that; said digital images can be a postcard, photo, profile picture or picture.

4. Method according to Claim 1, characterized in that; said personalized special code can be QR code, barcode, NFC, soundwave art or augmented reality (AR) code.

5. Method according to Claim 1, characterized in that; using and sharing digital images that contain personalized special code directly on social media platforms.

A digital or printed personalized special code creation and data storage method on objects such as photograph, magnet, invitation card, stickers, characterized in that; the method comprises, video, audio recording, photographs, links, music, location files or texts obtained by mobile phone or other shooting devices during the event in different events, are converted to personally designed/created code via a mobile application or website,

printing/integrating the personalized code that contains all the data the person wants, on the photo image chosen by the person, preferred or designed by the event, organization or placing/fixing/integrating the printed personalized special code on any product,

- printing from the smart code photo printing machine instantly.

7. Method according to Claim 6, characterized in that; said personalized codes can be QR code, barcode, NFC, Soundwave Art or augmented reality (AR) code.

Method according to Claim 6, characterized in that; in order to carry out the printing process, the relevant code is read by the printing machine or the personal code reference number is transferred to the system. 9. Method according to Claim 6, characterized in that; the printing machine is mobile or stationary.

10. Method according to Claim 6, characterized in that; it is also possible to print personalized codes on objects such as a t-shirt, magnet, concert ticket, sticker with the printing machine.

Method according to Claim 6, characterized in that; transferring of printing processes made by a special code photo printer and/or photo data uploaded to the online system to a different tourism travel destinations website depending on the specialer request, thus, data related to photo printing and/or photos uploaded to the online system, which are printed in a specific location with the help of a GPS based location sharing based smart code photo printing machine, can be stored and displayed on said tourism travel destinations website, In this way, a web-based travel platform is formed that contains data such as photos taken by all users and can be viewed by members of the system.

TECHNICAL FIELD

Invention relates to a digital or printed personalized special code creation and data storage method on objects such as photo, magnet, invitation card, sticker, wherein said method can be used sectors like printing, gifts, jewelry and accessories, clothing, digital industry, advertising, tourism, photography, promotion, organization, education.

PRIOR ART

In the current technique, all products and photographs on which text, drawings or symbols can be added, as well as postcards/cards with theme content (such as birthday cards) and other images that can be shared digitally, only information written, drawn or symbolized on the relevant product can be seen. However, this information only allows us to write or add something to the extent of the width of the field. Thus, we can only reflect our emotions in a limited way through the relevant product. This is a disadvantage, and it has the disadvantage of not being able to convey our feelings or the message we want to convey the information correctly or in a limited way. In addition, more than one sharing or effort is required in order to convey our current knowledge and / or feelings to someone or people who are not with us, who are far away.

Today, there are only written expressions on invitation cards or in the invitation formats shared digitally (wedding invitation, opening invitation, etc.) and emotion transfer cannot be reflected and in this very special invitation process, which is also very important in our culture, the feelings of the person who invite the people they love and value, the original information and emotion that are desired to be conveyed cannot be reflected. For this reason, the invitation card industry has gained diversity and has developed especially in our country due to cultural habits. Magnets, which can be another application of the invention, are in demand by many people today and define a certain time period (such as travel) or a brand or object. Since the current magnets are not specialized, they are only an ordinary product and do not have personalized feature. In addition to the areas of use described above, when we travel to a certain place, we record many photos and videos and store them in the smartphone memory, computer environment or sometimes as an album if the photos are too many. Since we keep our records belonging to this special moments in the same environment as our ordinary business files that we keep daily, their special status is actually lost in shape.

Although there is no patent similar to the method subject to the invention in the detailed patent research conducted, some patents made in the similar technical field have been found. These patents are referred to below.

Patent application publication numbered CN10S605999 discloses a QR code card, in particular a greeting card or a postcard. The card contains a card body; here the card body is supplied with a QR code. Meanwhile, a method of applying the card with a QR code is also provided. According to the invention, the QR code technology is combined with a traditional greeting card or postcard, can be forwarded to relatives and friends to express their own recorded video requests, and shared with other people, including photos, thus providing extremely rich visual experience, moreover, an innovative way to send gifts and express wishes to relatives and friends, so that the QR code card has a very good market prospect.

Patent application publication numbered US2013124427 describes systems and methods for implementing a legal transaction, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The method involves retrieving recipient data that includes a recipient name, a recipient address, and a unique recipient identifier. The buyer is one of the many buyers involved in the transaction. The unique recipient identifier distinguishes the recipient from other recipients of a large number of recipients. The method also includes retrieving sender data, including a sender name and sender address. The method further includes obtaining a network location identifier that identifies the network address of a website for the recipient to access and perform a desired action, and generating a QR code based on the network location and unique recipient identifier. The method also includes creating a postcard layout based on the QR code, recipient data, and sender data, printing the postcard, and mailing the postcard.

The patent application numbered TR2017/18547 enables smart devices with Nfc feature to communicate with near field communication tags (nfc), and the opening of the website that sells products or services on the internet enables shopping. NFC labels are combined with refrigerator magnets or adhesive labels in order to prevent communication problems that will occur when users place orders by phone or to prevent the time lost by typing the name of any sales site or finding its application. Thus, it is possible to access websites that sell products or services quickly and easily.

It is a known technique to apply QR codes on objects such as greeting card etc., and the above patents describe these methods. However, additional advantages and technical gains are provided by the method of the invention. These gains will be explained in detail in the objectives of the invention.

As a result, the existence of the above problems and the insufficiency of existing solutions made it necessary to make improvements in the relevant technical field. OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

Based on the state of the art, the main object of the invention is to develop a method that eliminates the disadvantages of the prior art and provides additional advantages. Related invention covers a method of creating digital or printed personalized special codes and data storage on objects such as photographs, magnets, invitation cards, stickers etc.

An object of the invention is, to transform the uploaded data such as sound record, video, photo, writing, music files to personalized special codes such as QR code, barcode, soundwave art, NFC by means of a interface of a mobile application/web site and to integrate said codes onto an object/digital image, further that to allow the relevant visual to be shared in digital media. These practices are currently encountered in the world in different ways. As it can be applied on the product, it can be applied on photos in digital media and on cards that can be designed with certain themes or online, and can be categorized online with similar content shares and can also be easily shared on social media via web page and/or mobile application.

The subject of the invention "personalized special code application method" personalizes the products and digital/printed transmissions and allows the feelings and information to be transferred to the other party in a correct and complete manner.

The problems solved by the application method of the invention are given below in items. a. In the current technique, product personalization, which is limited to the limited space on the products, may contain much more data (picture, photo, video, sound recording, etc.) by using personalized special digital/printed codes subject to the invention and thus, any information and emotions that are desired to be transferred to the other party, can be transferred completely without any restrictions. b. It provides the opportunity to personalize this data by uploading videos, sound recordings, photographs, links, texts, music to relevant objects (invitation cards, magnet, greeting card, souvenir, etc.) and digital images, and if desired, it enables them to be shared on social media. In compact form; for example; by means of a photo, video, sound recording, photo, link, text, music can be shared and a soul/sense is given to the photo and a lot of information and emotions can be conveyed to the other party by easily sharing or posting a photo. c. The method of the invention enables us to personalize our posts in object- based or digital media, thus strengthening our emotional ties with the people we value and love. d. By being able to carry out many processes at once with a special personalized code application, it eliminates the work that we need to make extra effort in certain areas, ensuring that we are understood correctly in one move. e. While social media has to share more than one photo, video, music, sound recording, text about an event via mobile phone, it is possible to use special code applied photos, products, cards, etc. with objects, at once, we provide the fastest way to store and transfer data. f. For example, we can constantly experience special moments that we value in a travel.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In this detailed description, preferred embodiments and alternative applications of digital or printed personalized special code creation and data storage method on objects such as photographs, magnets, invitation cards, stickers etc., are explained only for better understanding of the subject and without any restrictive effect.
