Abstract:

A digital printing press, and a detection device and method for front-side and back-side printing contents used for a digital printing press. The detection method for front-side and back-side printing contentscomprises : a pair of corresponding identification codes are assignedtoa template for front-side and back-side printing contents of each page; the identification codes are printed on the front side and the back side of each page, and the identification codes sensed by a front-side sensor (11) and a back-side sensor (12) are transmitted to a processor; the sensed identification codesare processed by the processor so as to judge whether they are corresponding to each other; if yes, the printing is continued, if not, the printing is stopped and an alarm is given. In this method, a pair of corresponding identification codes are assigned to a template for front-side and back-side printing contents of each page, and the identification codes on the front side and the back side of each page are detected and identified and are analyzed, compared and judged by a processor, thereby preventing the incorrect cohesion of front-side and back-side printing contents and the abandonment of a batch of printed bookscaused by content disorder during bookbinding.
