Abstract:
The digital projector according to an embodiment includes: a light source for irradiating a workpiece with light; a low-magnification camera mechanism for imaging a projected image of the workpiece produced by being irradiated by the light source; a beam splitter provided on the light path of the projected image; a high-magnification camera mechanism for imaging the projected image split by the beam splitter, the projected image being imaged in a narrower range than by the low-magnification camera mechanism and at a higher magnification than by the low-magnification camera mechanism; and a display for displaying the low-magnification image imaged by the low-magnification camera mechanism and the high-magnification image imaged by the high-magnification camera mechanism. The high-magnification camera mechanism includes a high-magnification imaging lens for enlarging the projected image by a prescribed magnification, a high-magnification camera for imaging the enlarged projected image, and a high-magnification camera movement mechanism for changing the imaging position of the high-magnification camera with respect to the projected image.
