Title:
DIGITAL-TO-ANALOG CONVERTER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/195692
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A digital-to-analog converter (1) includes multiple 1-bit elements (10-n) each of which receives a digital signal and in response outputs an electric current corresponding to a value indicated by the digital signal, and a capacitive load (70) connected to the multiple 1-bit elements (10-n). The digital-to-analog converter (1) generates an analog voltage waveform via the capacitive load (70) that receives electric currents output from the multiple 1-bit elements (10-n). Each 1-bit element (10-n) includes a switching circuit that changes the bias of a voltage in the 1-bit element according to the value indicated by the received digital signal, and connects to or disconnects from a power supply according to the change in the bias.
